This hands-on process requires Robert to spend three to four days on-site visiting with his clients. Areas of focus include: business

human resource compliance and management, financial systems and tax
review, technology systems review, plus Health Information Portability
and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliance.
Prior
to founding R.J. Testo and Associates, Robert worked as a Senior
Consultant for KPMG, LLP in which he specialized in the analysis,
design and implementation of cost effective business solutions for
Fortune 500 firms. Previous to KPMG, he was
Founder and CEO of Nutmeg Medical Supplies, Inc, a local durable
medical and home healthcare company in Fairfield County. He also worked as a senior financial analyst for NASDAQ.
Robert
has completed strategic business development, healthcare regulation
risk management, and business process automation engagements for the
following companies: The Connecticut Hospital Association, Yale New
Haven Hospital, and Baltimore Technologies, Inc.
